tonight was a rough practice for me. last thursday i fell on my left knee pretty hard, and it was sore for a few days. tonight i fell on my right knee so hard that... well, it's feeling awful. i limped up my back stairs after kristen dropped me off and i'm thinking that even though i iced it, then took a hot shower and some advil, it's still going ( Read more... )
